I am writing to highly recommend Brooke as a very responsible and dedicated pet sitter, dog walker, and all around animal lover! Over the past several years she helped take care of our beloved Bella and Rocco (blond labs) with exceptional professionalism and a true genuine love for animals. Brooke consistently demonstrated reliability and attentiveness. Our sweet pups just adored her and would literally cry for her. She always goes above and beyond...and willing to give expert advice where needed. They were always so happy to see Brooke which speaks volumes about the bond they formed. I trust Brooke completely with the care of my pets and home. Her communication is excellent...always providing updates and photos! Our crazy high energy Lab, Rosie, came home tuckered out after she was with Brooke, and much to our surprise, learned great manners from their time together - bonus! Brooke and I worked together managing a pet resort-boarding, day care and grooming facility. In her role as Pet Care Director, she and her team cared for many pets entrusted in our care for appointments, daycare and boarding. Brooke is knowledgeable and tuned into pet needs. I met Brooke when she worked at Olde Towne Pet Resort (OTPR) as a Doggie Day Camp Counselor. I had an over rambunctious young lab that required alot of exercise and training. Brooke worked with Cooper and “trained” me as well on how best to control my crazy pup! She was my personal “dog whisperer”!! She was loving to all the animals, professional and just had that special quality that when you left your pet with her, she was going to treat it like it was her own. I had established a Labrador Meet Up group and partnered with Brooke to bring the group of Labs to OTPR monthly for play time. It was a great partnership and I enjoyed working closely with Brooke, she took care of all the details, i.e. ensuring required vaccinations, set up, marketing, etc. Her professionalism, can-do attitude and her friendliness to the staff and customers, I was not surprised to see her move up in the ranks at OTPR to management positions with increasing levels of responsibility. And as for the dogs…they LOVED Brooke! She was loving, caring, playful and the perfect Alpha-dog! The only negative I have is I was so disappointed when Brooke left OTPR to start the next chapter of her life. Happy for her, but OTPR lost a great leader and her customers lost a special person that they trusted to care for their 4-legged family member. Hiring Brooke will be the best decision you will make for your company!
