My schedule is very flexible. I recently graduated high school and will be attending college locally at SMCC, where I will be studying Early Childhood Education. Since I will be commuting, I have availability throughout the week for drop-in visits and walks. Outside of school, I spend most of my time caring for my two German Shepherds, spending time with my two sisters, and enjoying walks by the water. Animals have always been a big part of my life, and I love being active and spending time outdoors. I do my best to accommodate each pet owner’s schedule and will always communicate clearly about my availability.

I prioritize creating a safe, comfortable, and trusted environment for every pet in my care. Whether I’m caring for your pet in your home or taking them out for a walk, I take the time to learn their routine, understand their needs, and build trust at their own pace. For dog owners: I am confident handling both large and small dogs, including those who may be reactive or require extra leash awareness. I focus on keeping walks safe, enjoyable, and tailored to each dog’s comfort level and personality while maintaining close attention to their surroundings. For cat owners: I offer drop-in visits for a time frame we discuss beforehand and will make sure your cat’s daily needs are met. Whether that includes feeding, fresh water, litter box care, playtime, administering medication, or simply providing companionship, I make each cat feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. My goal is to provide dependable care and give pet owners peace of mind knowing their pets are being treated with patience, kindness, and respect.

A typical day
A typical day with a pet in my care is focused on keeping them happy, comfortable, and following their normal routine. For dogs, this may include walks, playtime, potty breaks, meals, and plenty of attention throughout the day. I love making sure dogs get their energy out while also keeping their safety and individual needs a top priority. For cats, visits may include feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaning, playtime, treats (if approved), medication administration if needed, and companionship. I understand that some cats enjoy lots of attention while others prefer their space, and I always respect their personality and routine. No matter the pet, I will keep you updated with messages and photos so you can have peace of mind knowing your furry family member is happy and well cared for while you’re away.

Hi! My name is Brooke, and I have a lifelong love for animals. I grew up caring for both dogs and cats and currently have two rescued German Shepherds of my own. Over the years, I’ve gained experience with pets of all ages, sizes, and personalities, from playful kittens and puppies to senior pets who need a little extra patience and care. I understand that every pet is unique, and I take the time to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. Whether your pet enjoys long walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply having someone keep them company, I’ll do my best to follow their routine and give them the care they deserve. I have experience caring for large dogs, reactive dogs, senior pets, and cats with different personalities and needs. I am also comfortable giving oral medications and injections/shots when needed, following your pet’s care instructions carefully. I offer dog walking and drop-in visits for both dogs and cats. During visits, I can provide fresh water, meals, potty breaks, playtime, medication administration, and plenty of love and attention. My goal is to provide dependable, loving care while giving you peace of mind that your furry family member is safe, happy, and well cared for. Brooke was wonderful to work with. We needed someone last minute while on vacation and she was able to quickly accommodate us and our four dogs. She was kind enough to call and FaceTime first to put us at ease. She communicated well throughout the day and sent pictures. Thanks for everything!
Brooke is awesome and she took the best care of our dog Bear. I would highly recommend her and if we are ever in Brooke’s service area, I will definitely hire her again with no hesitation. My mind was at ease when we were away from our vacation rental as I knew Bear was in good hands. Brooke is responsible, gentle and the most kindest!

To say I was nervous was an understatement. Our dog is attached at the hip to my husband, who was (suddenly ) hospitalized. I needed to be with my husband and our little guy needed to stay at home.. To say I was relieved to find Brooke (on short notice) is an understatement….. Brooke is mature, compassionate and knowledgeable( especially with rescues) she asked all the right questions, which was exactly what we needed…..kept us updated with pictures 🥰 What an angel! Her continuing education in early childhood ed and compassion for rescue dogs( and their quirks) made her a perfect fit for us. Looking forward to utilizing Brooke in the future.
