I currently work full time at a Veterinary Hospital helping with pets all day. I spend any free time taking my own dog out and making sure he gets all the exercise he needs. Training and learning new things together is a constant in our routine. My roommate and I take our dogs out whenever we can for all sorts of new adventures !!

I like to be shown the routine that a pet is used to so I can follow it as best as I can to ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable when i’m around. I also like to take my time meeting new pets to let them know that they can trust me and let them get used to me being around. I do like to know pets and their own personalities and quirks. I want to be able to know them as well as the owners so I can be the best helper I can ◡̈ I find it important knowing the little details just as much as knowing the big details. I can learn new things very fast and adapt where I need to.
A typical day
I love to try enrichment activities or even some small training to keep their brains active. Playing or going for walks is also a good way I like to bond with pets to learn each other and build a great bond. I’m always down to learn dogs and what they love to do and try anything !!

I’ve had pets since I was 11, and they’ve been the best part of my life. I work full-time in the veterinary field and have experience in doggy daycare, along with training my own puppy since rescuing him at 5 months old. I recently lost my senior dog, Collin, who was 13 and meant the world to me. I currently have a young pup, Bronco, and a black cat, Basil. I’d love the chance to build close bonds with your furry family and share the same love and care I give my own. I’m always eager to learn and adapt quickly ◡̈

I would 100% recommend Brooke-Lyn as a responsible and loving pet caregiver. I have left my two pups Nala and Boone in her care multiple times, she is always going out of her way for them. She will make sure their needs are met each and every day without hesitation and she shows both of them such unconditional love. I couldn’t ask for someone better that I would trust with my two fur babies! ♡︎
