Update: I did recently get a dog. He’s a young doodle and prefers to chew on my hair and hands more than toys, but gets along well with other dogs. He sure everyone wants to be his friend. He is young, potty trained and a great playmate. So right now the only way I’m able to sit is if your dog would like new bestie. I am unable to care for pets in my home. I live with my niece and her cat can be a little…stabby, for lack of a better word. In your home, I’ll be following your lead. I do tend to go outside with dogs at night, even with fenced yards. I am always wary of bobcats and coyotes looking for water and snacks. I’m also perfectly comfortable with a pile of animals sleeping in bed with me so if that’s what your animals prefer, I’m here for it.

Are your pets on a schedule? Do they prefer to be left alone until they warm up to sitters? Do they enjoy meeting other dogs or people? Let me know your dogs preferences and any quirks and I’m sure we’ll more than get along.
Ein typischer Tag
Let’s be real. All dogs are different. Some dogs want nothing more than to snuggle next to you while you read and others would rather run around a dog park for hours, pretending they’ve never seen you before in their life. I’ve got a pretty decent throwing and I’m more than happy to play fetch until my arm falls off. I’m also a professional snuggler with perfect nails for head scratches or some good belly rubs. I’m sure you or your dogs will let me know what they prefer. Oh and I’m all for a brisk walk, but if your dog is looking for good long run, I can’t be that person. Unless we’re being chased or running down 5 flights of stairs and 3 blocks to the emergency vet. In both those cases I resemble the road runner.

I have owned or cared for dogs my entire life, with the occasional rodent or scaled creature thrown in. Hopefully not at the same time. I’m comfortable with basic wound cleaning as well as administering medication. After a period working in a pet store I’m also more skilled in ear cleaning, breathing treatments, and temperature taking than I’d care to be.

Brooke was amazing! We were so worried about leaving our boys and she kept our mind at ease. She would send updates and pictures. She took our boys on multiple walks and even the dog park! We will absolutely book Brooke again for our next trip.
I am afraid to write this review for Brooke because it's likely to make her less available to us--she's that good! She was great! Our dogs loved her and we came home to a clean house. We had an unexpected problem at the house and she handled it beautifully. We will definitely request her again!!!

Brooke is amazing and commmnicated the entire time with updates while watching my three dogs during her house stay. Highly recommend booking her for your next vacation!
