I love all breeds and ages!
I have had dogs in my life since I can remember, from family dogs to dog sitting for friends in high school, to now owning my own two little creatures. I am knowledgeable and comfortable with high-anxiety dogs and leash-reactive dogs (one of mine is both of these and more!) and am comfortable and confident with all sizes, breeds, and ages. There's nothing better than plugging into a good podcast and taking a nice, long walk with a furry friend. I have experience with all types of dogs, especially bully breed dogs (pit bulls, boxers, etc) and everything from high anxiety dogs to puppies to elder care dogs. I can administer oral medication, and have given humans shots before so with some owner coaching, would definitely be comfortable administering injected medication if needed.

I am happy to come to your home where your dog is already comfortable and familiar. Having two dogs who have utilized Rover for this reason, I believe it is the best option for some high-anxiety dogs not to be put into an unfamiliar situation when their parents are gone. I am also available for drop in visits and/or neighborhood walks during the weekday! There’s nothing better than plugging in a podcast and taking a long walk with a pup!

Brooke is a great sitter! Our two dogs have very different personalities and she is able to balance both of their needs with ease. She’s friendly and kind and gives the best photo updates. Would recommend to anyone!
Brooke was an amazing sitter. She was super responsive to me and my concerns about my anxious pup, Rudy. Rudy was super nervous to come out of her crate when Brooke first arrived, and she was so patient and understanding that Rudy just needed time to trust her while I was gone. By the second day they were best buds. I will definitely be booking Brooke again in the future.

Brooke is the best! She is so great and quick with booking and communication. Plus my dog absolutely looooooves her. Which is saying a lot because my dog is not usually a fan of humans. I’ve already rebooked for more walks!

Harmonogram
I'm currently working part time, so I have lots of time to take your pup on a walk during the day or hang with them while you’re out of town. I live in Burlington, VT, but I'm willing to travel.
