Pet care experience
Large fenced in yard!🐾🐕
*I require a meet & greet for new clients* Our home is your dogs home during their stay! My main priority is creating a safe and loving space for your dog while in my care. I have been dog sitting for over 10 years and have found that most dogs adapt faster and find comfort in a space that feels more like their home. I have experience caring for dogs across all age ranges, breeds, and temperaments. I also have experience with: -administering insulin or other injectable medications. -administering any medication/vitamin/supplement in pill, liquid, or food form. -special feeding requirements, sensitivities, or allergies. -back injuries that require strict restrictions to their range of motion, using stairs, and jumping. -arthiritis (we have extra rugs and non-slip mats just for our dogs who have difficulty navigating smooth floor surfaces). -deafness and blindness (or loosing eye sight). -anxiety/attachment. *I do not allow dogs with food aggression, resource guarding aggression, dog on dog aggression, or really any form of aggression*

Ratings and reviews
Brooke and her family took great care of my dog while I was away, dedicating time to both play and grooming, and keeping me updated along the way. My pup was happy to see me, but in no rush to leave—a sure sign she felt safe and comfortable during her stay.

Highly recommend Brooke! Her communication was excellent throughout, you can tell she genuinely cares, and my pup came back in great spirits.

As usual, our dog was well cared for and loves his stays with Brook F.

Beau loves his stays with Brooke F.

Brooke was fantastic! She gave my pup such a loving home while we were out of town for a few days. Her communication was perfect, just the right number of updates and photos so we always felt at ease. When we picked him up, he was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. He loved playing in the yard and especially enjoyed time with their pup, Curry. We would absolutely trust Brooke again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring dog sitter.

Great stay for our dog! Wasn’t a dozen other dogs like some places, so he was more cared for and loved during his visit. Will be our new place when we have to go out of town.

Schedule
I am self-employed and a stay at home mom, so I am at home the majority of the day. I do leave for errands, childcare, and typical family outtings, but I am home more than not. My husband, who is also a fellow dog lover, helps care for the dogs who stay in our home when he is not at work.

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
I do not watch more than 2 dogs at a time typically, which allows me to make sure each dog can be cared for and given plenty of attention. During feedings each dog is fed in separate/enclosed rooms to ensure complete safety and space to eat peacefully. Our home has a fully fenced in yard and we regularly check the fence line for weak spots for those furry friends who are part-time escape artist! If needed, I do have an extra large dog crate for dogs who require/prefer one for quiet time or sleeping. Our household has 2 children and a corgi, so we take safety very seriously and maintain certain safety practices regardless if your dog struggles with them. Things such as feeding separation, blocking off the kitchen during cooking/meal times, & extra monitoring during night time potty breaks. We have non-slip mats on our daily use stairs (required to use to go outside) and we also have dog stairs (hard and soft) if your dog needs them to lounge on the couch. **if your dog can not use stairs: -small dogs can be carried down by me -bigger dogs I cannot carry down will HAVE to be able to use the stairs or remain in the finished basement during their stay-these stairs are essential (for now) to gain access to the back yard.
Pets
A typical day
There is plenty of yard for your dog to play, sniff, zoom around, or sunbath! We play with our corgi daily (usually more than once) so we have chasing poles, herding balls, tennis balls, frisbee rings, etc. for your dog to have a good time.
