Although this is a New York City apartment, it is quite large withs a lot of open space during the colder months when long walks become a little shorter. There is a lot of room for playing fetch and such. I live on the first floor of a building which makes trips outside very easy and convenient, which is good for dogs of all ages. Additionally, there are three doors between the apartment and the street, which is helpful for the escape artist-type!
