Safety, trust & environment

It is never cookie cut. I will provide what ever service the customer requests and whatever I think is best for the animal care. From long walks and strict diets to naps and cheese doodles on the couch. No dog is the same so no care should be the same. If there is structure and routine I will stick to it.

Information Brooke D. would like to know about your pet

I typically have a meet and greet with the family/person before hand. I believe it helps the dog seeing the owner being friendly with me so when I come by I’m not a complete stranger. Always would like to know any allergies and medications, and if there’s anything it hates or fears. Ex. thunderstorms, balloons, strangers No preference on breed. Love them all.

A typical day

If there is a routine in place I typically try to keep it the same, tho not every household is the same. I do enjoy walks in the neighborhood or going to a park if possible. There is always time for a pupachinno if parents say it’s ok. Who doesn’t love a good game of tug and war? Or fetch?

Pet care experience

**Pet CPR & First Aid Certified** Your pet’s safety is extremely important to me. I am certified in Pet CPR and First Aid and trained to respond to emergency situations. While I hope this training is never needed, it allows me to act quickly and provide immediate care if a pet experiences a medical emergency while in my care. **By booking with me, you acknowledge that in the event of an emergency and if you cannot be reached immediately, I may administer basic first aid or Pet CPR and seek veterinary care if necessary to protect your pet’s health and safety!!** From Boxers to Great Danes to tiny Chihuahuas—I love them all! I'm especially fond of bully breeds, and I welcome all dogs with open arms, no matter their size or background. I’ve been pet-sitting since I was 11 years old and have experience caring for dogs with special needs, including dietary restrictions and regular medications. Every fur baby in my care is treated like family—loved, safe, and well taken care of. I’m also happy to help with baths if needed, and I own a Dremel, so nail trims are a possibility too! I worked as a professional dog bather for four years, so I have plenty of hands-on experience when it comes to grooming basics. While dogs are my specialty, I’ve also cared for cats and am comfortable with a variety of pets. My experience with reptiles is limited, but I’m always open to learning and expanding my care skills. I can’t wait to meet your pets and give them the love and attention they deserve!

Brooke is great. Would recommend her to anyone. Chase can be shy at first and she was patient and finally got him to go outside. She also stayed in the drive until we closed the garage door. We were out and in a dead zone and we were having trouble getting the door closed but finally succeeded. Brooke stayed patiently until we got it closed. Thank you so much Brooke for taking such good care of Chase and our house. Until next time.

Brooke was great. Very punctual and took great care of Oreo. He even came out from under the bed to see her and he doesn’t usually come out for people he hasn’t seen numerous times. Was very happy for that. Would recommend her to others and will def be using her again. Thank you Brooke
