I have a lifetime of experience when it comes to dogs and have grown up around them my whole life. I was raised by parents that worked with animals and learned a lot about how to care and connect with them. Iam able to administer medications and attend to dogs of any age including puppies. When my husband and I got a dog of our own for the first time our hearts became even more full with love for animals Wich is something I didn’t think possible. Being a dog mom to a loving happy and goofy dog like Bodhi has changed my life. He is truly the heart of our home and caring for him is so fulfilling. Welcoming your dog in our home will just be another incredible addition where we can share our love for animals and care for them like they are our own.

Brooke is just fantastic , she is so warm, caring and my dogs took to her instantly which is so rare for them! Brooke is the only person I can trust with my two large active pups. My boys are my world and it’s important to me that I can leave them with someone experienced and who will care for them as I do. Brooke has extensive experience in caring for dogs of all breeds– thanks to her upbringing in a household where her mom ran a successful dog breeding service, as well as being a amazing dog mama to her own pup. Brooke is very proactive and provided regular updates and even sending adorable photos of their adventures together. My boys came back happy, healthy, and clearly well-loved. I highly recommend Brooke to anyone in need of a trustworthy and loving caregiver for their pup.

Schedule
I am an artist currently working from home so I am incredibly flexible when it comes to dog care. I have tons of time for play and walks and cuddles so your pet will get lots of attention. On weekends my husband and I go hiking when the weather is good and love to take Bodhi for the nature and exercise, we love to be outside.

I live in a great ground floor condo with a walkout porch and a front lawn, right next to me there is a yard with a fence separating us from any traffic or stores. There is lots of room for play and fun and makes potty breaks convenient and easy :) My neighbours are all dog lovers as well and welcome all new furry friends with loving arms. I live only 2 minutes away from Bowring park and go there everyday for a huge walk with Bodhi living close is such a blessing cause he loves the park. As most dogs do, it’s a great place to walk them and let them explore. So you can count on your dog getting a nice big walk in during the day :) Bodhi is a super loving and playful dog who loves other dogs and playing so you know your dog will have a best friend when they stay with us. Dogs are welcome in the bed, on the couch and anywhere in our home. They are family and are treated as such :)

A typical day
I love to encourage exercise and play through walks and hikes. I also love to provide mentally stimulating activities for dogs, my Aussie is very smart and needs to play games to channel his energy and focus, so we have lots of things for him to do that we will share with your dog if they are interested :)
