DOG loving household
My husband and I both grew up on farms tending to animals since a very young age. I began training to show dogs at age 10 for obedience. At age 16 I began hosting obedience training for 4-H groups. Our family has four German shorthaired pointers that are hunters and excellent family companions. We are constantly working with our animals on a daily basis. We are well-versed in the care of elderly dogs and the energy management of puppies and their short attention spans.

Gizmo had a great stay with Brooke and her family. He and one of their cats, Chester, became very good friends, which is wonderful. We know that Gizmo is not aggressive with cats, but he hasn't had much 1:1 time with cats, so we were very pleased that the two enjoyed playing! Brooke made a concerted effort to walk Gizmo on his home schedule to avoid accidents, which I greatly appreciate.
They are so lovely! A massive yard for Ace to run in which he definitely needed. Her dogs are so friendly and playful. Her children are also very helpful and respectful in asking if they can give my dog one of their dog toys. Will definitely be coming back!
Brooke has been excellent with my puppy and has even taken her on doggie play date
Brooke did a terrific job with our little pup Milo! She was very good with him and did a terrific job of keeping us updated! Thank you so much for keeping Milo at the last minute too!😊

Schedule
I currently work remotely from home, so I’m able to tentatively care for your dog each day. If you are in my neighborhood, I can easily do drop ins 2 to 3 times a day. My husband and I have four boys who are just as animal loving as we are. They are always willing to play and give extra love to animals.

We have a privacy height fenced in 1/2 acre yard where your puppy is free to play with our 4 German shorthair pointers or solo. We have extra crates for use if necessary.

A typical day
We partake in mental and physical stimulation with all our pets on a daily basis. Walks are a refreshing reset to the day when we are not running around our large fenced in yard.
