Pet care fits well into my daily and weekly routine because I am currently a college student completing my student teaching. My student teaching schedule keeps me busy during the day, but I am consistently available after 3:30 PM on weekdays, as well as evenings and weekends depending on the request. Because my schedule is structured, I am able to plan ahead and give pets the time, attention, and consistency they need. I enjoy using my free time after school responsibilities to care for animals, go on walks, do drop-ins, or provide overnight care when needed. I am responsible with my time and make sure I can fully commit to each booking so pets are not rushed and receive reliable, consistent care.

I also like to know their energy level, preferred activities, and any specific rules you have in your home so I can keep everything consistent and comfortable for your pet. The more information I have, the better I can make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and well cared for while you are away.
A typical day
With the pets I watch, I focus on activities that match their energy level, personality, and routine. For dogs, this can include walks, playtime in the yard, fetch, or just spending time outside getting fresh air and exercise. I also enjoy giving them attention and interaction through basic training, enrichment games, or calm companionship if they prefer a more relaxed pace. For all pets, I make sure activities are safe, enjoyable, and consistent with what their owner normally does with them. Some pets love being active, while others just want company and comfort, and I am happy to adjust to whatever makes them happiest.
