I've cared for and loved pets since 1974. Always had cats and dogs at the house, and an Aunt with a farm, so well-versed in the different dynamics. I've had big and small, difficult and easy, and I truly understand the challenges of caring for them when life is busy. I treat my clients' home and pets as if they were my own - you can rest-assured they will be taken care of. I'm very responsive, and very inquisitive when I meet a new pet as to how best I can provide for them. I look forward to connecting!

Brook was awesome. My pooch is timid and nervous. Brook took the time so that he was comfortable with her. She also took him on lots of rides and walks - and even got him an ice cream - which he loved! I would highly recommend her.

Patient, loving, and responsible are the words that quickly come to my mind regarding Brook and her ability to watch over my beloved fur-babies. She has watched over & cared for our Chocolate Lab & various cats over the years, and I never worried for one minute about them while in her care. I was also able to observe how she is with her dog(s) and cat(s)...they never went without love and lots of cuddling. I have no hesitation in recommending her as a caregiver, companion, and compassionate person, who would extend that same love to all pets.

Schedule
I work part-time shifts at the Boulder FedEx station, and live in Longmont. My 2 kids (sometimes helpers) and I are always willing to fit a new family into our schedule.

Safety, trust & environment
By following your detailed instructions for care. If they take medication, I am very good with sticking to that regimen as well as their food/water routines. If they are younger or more energy driven, I like to play with them in the fenced yard, or a dog park if there is a safe one close that you're comfortable with. Cats will get the attention they deserve as well. Sometimes curl up with them and a book for a bit if needed.

A typical day
Walks around the greenways, playing ball in the backyard, one on one attention, belly rubbing, butt scratching, and generally getting loved and petted by myself and kids
