Overall, the sitting experience was okay, and my dogs were cared for during the booking. However, there was a noticeable disconnect when it came to communication. Phone calls were not answered or returned, and text messages were often replied to much later than expected, which made it difficult to address questions or concerns in a timely manner. Clear and consistent communication is very important to me, especially when trusting someone with my pets. While I understand that sitters may be busy at times, responsiveness is a key part of providing reliable care and peace of mind to pet owners. With improved communication and follow-through, this could be a stronger experience for future clients.

Bebe has been a great dog sitter to our two active dogs (one Border Collie with a fence-jumping superpower and desire to befriend every dog he sees; one willful, stubborn – but very cuddly and affectionate – Great Pyrenees). She has handled both with the experience and responsibility their individual proclivities and personalities require and treats each one as if they were her own—with great care, respect and love. A longtime owner of dogs (and guinea pigs!) herself, Bebe not only understands the details that come with caring for a pet but also adores animals and keeping them safe and entertained. As a bonus, she’s also an active individual so my dogs received plenty of outdoor and playtime! Bebe is professional and responsive and was happy to send us pictures of our pups to keep me in touch, informed and reassured about my dogs while I was away. I definitely recommend her and will use her in the future!
