My experience with cats began at a young age and has continued throughout my life. My first cat was a rather grumpy but loveable rescued tom cat named Gatsby. He was lovely but had clear boundaries and wasn't shy about letting us know when they were crossed. He was super playful as well which was great fun as a kid. I have a delightful 14-year-old cat named Sox, who is an absolute sweetheart. Recently, Sox was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and needs medication administered orally via syringe every 12 hours. We're both very comfortable with this routine. I'm confident in handling cats and can easily tell when they need some attention or prefer their own space. Your cat is in the best hands.
