Brittney told us she had experience with young puppies, but it was evident that she expected to sit and watch TV rather than give the attention required and play with our 3 month old puppy. We hired Brittney for a 3 hour sit prior to this booking, where she played with our puppy until she fell asleep before watching TV. However, three days into our 9 day booking, Brittney contacted Rover to tell them our puppy was aggressive, causing us to have to change our flights to return early so our puppy wouldn't be put into a boarding kennel. Our security camera footage (which we provided to Rover) show our 12lb puppy trying to jump and nip at Brittney's feet on the ottoman while she is watching TV and on her phone on the couch. A day before cancelling, Brittney increased her rate, stating that our puppy was "a lot". We provided plenty of toys for Brittney to utilize with our puppy, and checked in with her earlier that day asking how things are going and if there is anything else we could provide that may help, but she responded "Things are okay, she's just barking and whining extra right now" and "I don't think so..but thank you". We were totally caught off guard that Brittney expected to leave that same night after telling us things were okay just four hours prior. Rover required her to stay until someone else could take over, but she left our puppy alone for about an hour and half before then. We ended up having to pay Brittney her increased rate for 4 days out of the original 9 day booking, as well as the cost of changing our flights and taking the loss of our travel plans being cut short. I would not trust Brittney for any pet that requires activity or mental stimulation, or active supervision for that matter. If all your pet needs is someone to feed them and take them out to potty, then Brittney is fine to do that. She was respectful of our home and kept it tidy while she was there, but it was very disheartening to see how much time she spent on her phone and watching TV rather than playing with our puppy in the total of 6 hours a day she is actually awake.

My job requires me to travel a lot and I always get nervous leaving my dog. But Brittney was amazing and helped calm my anxiety by constantly sending me updates and pictures. She always responded quickly and communicated perfectly throughout my trip. Highly recommend if you ever need a dog sitter!

Brittney was great. She took great care of my 2 fur babies. She was able to meet all my schedule requests and kept me updated on everything. Would definitely book with her again.
