Services
Brittney can care for
Availability
I am a stay at home mom full time. I do have kids that are school aged so I do drop them off and pick them up at different times of the day. Set schedules usually work best, however my availability can be somewhat flexible. I’m looking for something I can do while providing for my family while also interacting with the animals I love so much.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a lot of experience working in clients homes. While I drop in to see your pet I clean up any messes they may have made and if it looks valuable or if they got into something unsafe, I will notify you immediately. I have plenty of experience in clinic and as a mom manager to ensure that any directions you leave will be followed even it’s just that your dog can only go to sleep if you put them in a special sweater or they have to listen to rain sounds. This is a no judgement zone when it comes to your pets special routines and needs.
Information Brittney R. would like to know about your pet
Is your dog house trained and/or crate trained? Are they anxious chewers or do they get anxious in general when you are not with them? Do they need special care? Has your dog ever ate something that caused GI issues (so I can avoid those things around your pets)? Does your dog have any health issues such as a heart murmur, back issues (IVDD), diabetes, kidney disease, etc? Is your pet on any medications? It’s also important for me to know if your pet has any coughing, sneezing, vomiting, or diarrhea before any service as to ensure pets don’t get each other sick.
A typical day
Depending on the needs of your animal will determine what a typical drop in visit looks like. If your cat doesn’t like to be interacted with but they just needs a litter box change or a refresh on food/water, that’s perfect. If your dog needs some play time then that’ll be worked into the drop in visit!

Pets
I’m an ex-certified veterinary tech
Pet care experience
I used to be a certified veterinary technician and I am looking for opportunities to connect with pets again after the pandemic. I worked in the veterinary field as a CVT for 5 years. Before that I was a receptionist at a veterinary clinic, I was a bather in a grooming salon, and even back in high school I would pet sit. I’m comfortable with all breeds, sizes, and ages of pets. I’m comfortable drawing up and administering medications, including injections. I can watch over your new puppy as well as watch over your golden aged best friend. I am also comfortable with animals who have special needs. If you want me to take your 200 lb Great Dane for a walk or you need me to take your cat or dog walking in a wagon or stroller, I’m happy doing both. Animals are my favorite subject to take pictures of so you will have plenty while I’m walking, playing, feeding, visiting, and/or taking care of your pet. I know how to follow directions set by you to take care of your best friend.

Thank you for taking such great care of Carmilla and bagel while I’m away! You do a wonderful job and it’s refreshing coming back knowing everything was taken care of. Will be booking again! 😁

Brittney did drop in visits for my 2 kitties and she was the best! She was very thorough in making sure to take care of all of my and my cat’s needs while I was away. Very patient with the cats and easy to work with. I loved all the updates and pictures sent during the visits. She truly went above and beyond, and will be booking again!

Brittney was an amazing dog sitter! she treated Gunner as if he was her own! She kept me updated and was easy to communicate with. If you’re looking for a great person to watch your dog. she’s it!
I've known Brittney for most of her life and she has always loved animals. She's always had dogs and cats around. She stayed at my home a couple times while I was on vacation to take care of my cats. She would send me pictures of them daily and let me know how they were doing. I highly recommend Brittney for Rover.
