I can’t express how wonderful my experience with Brittney was! Brittney is genuinely caring and attentive with dogs - both her own and mine! Leaving Nala with someone else is never (ever) easy, but I felt completely at ease knowing she was in such loving hands. Throughout Nala’s stay, I received many updates, photos, and little details that reassured me Nala was not only being cared for, but truly enjoying herself. It was obvious she was getting plenty of attention, affection, exercise, and comfort. When I picked her up, I swear she didn’t want to leave! She was happy, relaxed, and clearly bonded with her Brittney which was a clear representation of her enjoyment during her stay. What stood out most was the level of care and personalization. She really took the time to understand Nala’s personality, routines, and (many) needs, and treated her like part of her little family. It’s rare to find someone so reliable, communicative, and genuinely passionate about animals. I would absolutely trust Brittney with Nala again! I’m comforted to know that I have a reliable sitter who can check in on Nala and during the workday and keep her overnight. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional pet care.
