I have a good sized fenced in yard. I have one dog, adopted at age five, Nash. As well as two cats, Sunny and Vee Vee, raised since six weeks. They were found abandoned, both of them are dog friendly. I’m experienced with pullers and excitable dogs on walks. I have baby gates and medium and small kennels available if your dog prefers, but typically they get the run of the downstairs.

A typical day

We walk daily (weather permitting) and have puzzles for enrichment. A typical morning consists of breakfast, occasionally a walk, and a puzzle, and hanging out in the yard before I head into work. Supper break is an hour at 5 in which I come home, we have yard time, supper, and usually some fetch. After work we try for another short walk or puzzle and wind down with a book for the evening. During the weekends we try to go for the visit to the dog park, the family farm, or runnings for a field trip.

Pet care experience

In adolescence I showed rabbits, miniature dachshunds, and quarter horses in 4-H as a preteen and teen. As an adult garbeed experience in professional pet grooming, basic Obedience, Scent, and Agility training. Animals—especially dogs—have been a bright spot in my life since day one. I’ve raised funds and organized events for Bark for Life. I’ve pup sat for multiple friends and family. We often go for daily walks. I’m experience with senior care and anxious dogs. I’ve also raised Miniature dachshunds and cared for our family’s Kerry Blue Terriers from puppyhood to adult.

Brittney has been around animals for her entire life . Horses… dogs… cats … cattle …. Snakes …. Sugar gliders and reptiles. She is very responsible and reliable . Her mother is a dog trainer , show handler , and groomer . Brittney has helped her in all aspects of it at times . She also has had hands on With vet care being her uncle is a small animal surgeon as well . She understands the responsibility of regular diets , regular exercise, physical as well as mental . She has extensive experience with puppies , young adults and seniors. I have personally used her pet sitting skills more than a dozen times and have never been disappointed . I feel she would be a very good asset to your company . She’s is very trust worthy , knowledgeable and dependable .

Brittney is the best! We have 5 rescue dogs and each has a specific routine or medicine. Brit followed every instruction for every dog- which is usually my worry with sitters/walkers and my rescue crew. However, not with Brit- she did everything per instruction. She sent me pictures and updates while we were gone. When we got home my dogs were not stressed, which told me everything I need to know about Brittney!! Will definitely reach out to her again if we need help!!
