Animal lover with large sunny yard.
People often say I grew up in a zoo because we had so many pets. Dogs, cats, ferrets, bunnies, hermit crabs...you name it. Unfortunately due to my often unpredictable work schedule I no longer have time to properly maintain a small zoo but I still crave pet playtime time and would love to care for yours when I can. Our home is small but we make up for it with our sizeable yard and live near farmland which makes for good walks. We have a 1 year old daughter who loves animals as well. Cats are her favorite but once she gets used to new dogs she's a huge fan of them too. We can’t wait to meet some of your wonderful furbabies!

Schedule
I am currently working part time and as such have some free time on my hands which I am looking to fill with activities that will get me out of the house and keep me active. It is possible I might have to work during your pet's stay but I am open to discussing that with any prospective clients to ensure I will be a good fit.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a large outdoor yard and our home is surrounded by farmland which makes for some good long walks. Pets under my care are welcome to roam freely unless crating requested (crates must be provided by client). Mealtimes, walks, and potty breaks provided in accordance with client's request and/or my availability.
A typical day
I love to take walks, play fetch, wrestle and play and tug of war. I am looking to get more active, and walking dogs will absolutely benefit me in that regard! I have a 1 year old daughter so I spend a good portion of my day tending to her needs as well but she is very good with animals. She's still getting used to the concept of personal space but she is very gentle and loves to play.

- We can only sit friendly dogs (not aggressive/no bite risks) who are reasonably well trained (able to follow basic commands, walk on leash, non-reactive to other pets/people on walks). If your dog is large and tends to jump up please inform in advance due to the presence of a small child in our home.
