Experienced & Reliable Dog Sitter!
Hi, I’m Brittney! Over the years, I’ve cared for and loved dogs ranging from 10 to 115 pounds of all breeds (maltese, pitbull, cane corso, and mixed breeds to name a few). Owning a few of those dogs myself, I feel extremely comfortable caring for dogs of various size and ages and fulfilling their needs. I also have experience raising guide dogs for the blind from 3 months to 1 year old, although I was not an official puppy raiser. While I no longer have a dog of my own, I’m ready to give your dog the love and attention they deserve! On a more serious note, I understand the complexities that may come with every dog such as specific routines, special diets, enforcing house rules, and behavior around other dogs. I’m happy to ask/answer any and all questions to make sure I am a good fit for your dog!

Brittney house-sat for us and took care of our two dogs - they loved her right away, she followed all of the instructions we gave her, sent us lots of pictures, and was an easy house guest as well. Would highly recommend her to anyone!

Coco is always a little hesitant around new folks, but she had a great time during her stay with Brittney! Brittney did a great job of keeping me informed during her stay and sending a bunch of pics; she also asked a lot of questions so she could make sure Coco's feeding schedule went smoothly and that Coco was as comfortable as possible during her stay. I would 100% recommend Brittney to anyone looking for a friendly, responsible person to watch their pet, and I will definitely reach out to Brittney again if I need a sitter in the future!!!
Brittney was so helpful when I had a last minute need for dog care. My dogs LOVED her immediately, and they’re usually pretty meh on new people. I’m a vet and can be pretty finicky with who takes care of my dogs, so I was nervous to call someone new in an emergency, but really lucked out with Brittney :)
I am very much appreciate of Brittney and her help with taking care of my cats while I was away for two weeks! As a cat mom to three babies, I was initially nervous about leaving them in someone else’s care. And finding someone was not easy because one of our cats had undergone intense surgery and needed to be placed on a strict diet and recovery regimen. But, Brittney really put my mind at ease. From the very beginning, she was professional, attentive, and caring. She took the time to meet my cats beforehand, asked detailed questions about their routines, and made sure she understood all of their needs. When I was gone, Brittney frequently updated us and, I was even surprised our shyest cat eventually warmed up to her! With Brittney, my cats were extremely happy and she had left the house was cleaner than when I had left! She definitely goes above and beyond and I am glad that I found her. Will absolutely be looking for Brittney again in the future and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and professional pet sitter!!!

Schedule
I work full time, 4 days a week in office from 8am to 5pm. With that being said, my available weekends are open for boarding, house sitting, and day care. On work days, I am available for walks and day care after work hours. Boarding is available through the week if your dog is crate trained and ok with being alone throughout the day. *While I can board 2 dogs at a time, please let me know if your dog needs to be the only dog in the home and I can accommodate*

At my home, I have an apartment with a fenced backyard large enough for small/medium sized dogs to run around freely. I aim for three walks at least every day, maybe more depending on energy level. In your home, I am adaptable to all routines and activities your dog might require!
A typical day
I love to keep dogs busy! We would explore the city or nearby neighborhoods, and play mentally stimulating games with treats or toys. I also love to cuddle with pets, but will keep my space if your dog doesn’t prefer that :) I also am ok with sticking to a strict routine if necessary!
