Brittney is amazing! Thanks for taking great care of our pup! 🐶

My family and I were traveling over 7 hours from home and we were trying to celebrate my son's birthday. We had reached out to have someone sit our dogs while we took him to the Waterpark. Brittany asked us when we would be done and we told her when the Waterpark closed at 7pm. She said no worries I cleared my whole day. Which we have messages proving multiple times. At 5pm she messaged us and said your dogs are packed and ready to go you can pick them up now. I have a wedding im going to go to. I had to leave the Waterpark and my son's birthday celebration and leave my family there at the Waterpark and pick up the dogs. She called me after I left the Waterpark and told me I could leave them overnight because she wanted to leave. It was impossible since we were heading back home after the waterpark. I must have seemed a little annoyed when I got there so she proceeded to follow me to my car asking me if i had a problem. I told her I was little bit annoyed that I had to leave my family at the Waterpark. She told me I have a wedding to go to. I asked her why she didn't tell us that when we told her we would be at the Waterpark until 7pm. She said she had told us that she had a wedding. I looked back in the messages and all I saw were multiple messages where she said she had cleared the whole day and not to worry, no rush. I told her if I knew she wanted the dogs picked up early I would have picked a different person to sit the dogs and she kept telling me that's not my problem. As I was loading my truck she stood there and harassed me the whole time I was trying to load them. She then started harassing me about the fact that I was probably going to give her a bad yelp which I told her I hadn't planned on it but she wouldn't leave me alone. Then she proceeded to yell at me and tell me that I couldn't have my dachshund jump up in the bed of the truck the way I had my border collie jump up. I kept trying to tell her that my dachshund was riding in the front with me. She just kept telling me that my dog couldn't jump up in the car over and over. I dont know what was wrong with her because it is literally not even physically possible for my dachshund puppy to jump up into the bed of the truck. Then she started screaming while I was frantically trying to load my dogs telling me to leave her property where I told her I was trying to leave. This was our first time using Rover and it was a horrible experience. She was screaming at me while I was trying to load up my dogs. She had me so freaked out I started to drive away, then realized she had my dogs travel bag with at least $200 worth of dog supplies in it. I pulled over in her neighborhood to tell her I left it and she would not respond. We are traveling and needed the bag. We had to wait 2 hours for her 2 return our messages and had to put off driving back home just to wait to get our bag back. This was a horrible experience and she had no regard for putting my family and I out and I would say ruined our trip and my son's birthday. I actually never write reviews but I don't want anyone else going through this experience.

Brittney is amazing! She’s been walking our dog for a few weeks now daily and takes great care of her. She is so creative and also brings adorable stickers around

Brittney and her husband Tommy were amazing!! We had a last minute need and they provided the best place for my in-laws pup who needed a place to stay!! Thank you for being so amazing and taking such good care of our pup!

Brittney was able to take my last minute request no problem. She was super sweet and loved on my boy. Appreciated her attentiveness and the cute pictures!
