Pet care experience
Walks daycare & boarding in SouthSF
I’ve cared for dogs of every size and personality my whole life. Friends, neighbors, and family have trusted me for walks, feeding, overnight stays, and basic manners. I now run Munchies’ Playhouse and live with my own two small dogs (a Shih Tzu and a Chiweenie), so I understand pack energy, leash reactivity, and pups who need extra patience. We’re walking distance from Orange Dog Park for daily playtime and also have a private fenced yard, so we can socialize if your dog enjoys it or keep things quieter in our own space if they prefer. Comfortable with puppies, seniors, medication reminders, and dogs who do better on separate walks. All sizes welcome. I send photo and video updates so you always know how your baby is doing.

Ratings and reviews
Brittany gave my dog a true home-away-from-home boarding stay. Daily updates, lots of affection, and careful attention to his routine made all the difference. He was happy to see her and even happier when I picked him up. Highly recommend her as a loving and responsible pet caregiver.

Schedule
I’m home 7 days a week, so pet care isn’t squeezed around another job, your dog can have as much time as they need. I offer weekday and weekend walks, drop-ins, daycare, and boarding, and I can usually do mornings, afternoons, or evenings. I plan around my own two dogs’ routines so everyone stays exercised and calm. Last-minute or extra visits are welcome when my calendar is open. Meet-and-greets required first so we can lock in a schedule that actually works for your pup.

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
In my home, visiting dogs have a calm indoor space plus a private fenced yard. My two small resident dogs (a Shih Tzu and a Chiweenie) can keep your pup company if they’re social, or we keep things separate if they do better on their own. I follow your routine for feeding, meds, potty breaks, and crating. Walks are on-leash unless you say otherwise; dogs who need it get their own walk. We’re also walking distance from Orange Dog Park for playtime when that’s a good fit. I watch energy, appetite, and behavior closely and send photo/video updates so you always know how they’re doing. Meet-and-greet required before the first stay/walk to ensure that we are a good fit for you.

A typical day
A typical day is built around your dog’s energy and goals. Morning starts with a potty break, breakfast on your schedule, and a walk together with my two dogs if they’re social, or a separate walk if they do better that way. Midday we mix yard play, neighborhood walks, toys, and if you’d like it added, short basic-training sessions (sit, down, wait, loose-leash, name recall) and calm socializing for dogs of all ages. We can also go to Orange Dog Park or the beach if that’s a good fit. Older or low energy dogs get a quiet indoor spot to rest instead of being pushed to keep up. Evenings include dinner, another walk or yard time, and wind-down. You’ll get photo and video updates so you can see how the day actually went.

- Please tell me ahead of time about feeding, meds, allergies, crate or sleep routine, potty cues, and anything around other dogs or people-especially leash reactivity, resource guarding, or “needs their own space.” I live with two small dogs, so I want to know if your pup prefers to socialize, do separate walks, or have a quieter stay. Let me know if they love the dog park or beach, or if they’d rather skip both and rest. Basic training and socializing for puppies through seniors can be added to walks, daycare, or boarding , just tell me what you’re working on (manners, leash skills, confidence around other dogs, etc.). All sizes welcome. Meet-and-greet first so we can confirm it’s a good fit for us both!
