I have owned a dog since childhood and started dog sitting almost 15 years ago! I am comfortable with all sizes and very understanding to all doggy needs. I also worked in a vet clinic where I distributed daily food, meds and walks. We usually have 2-3 dogs, however they have all passed within the last 2 years. I do have 2 young children, who are very use to being around different dogs and understand boundaries with them. That being said if your dog has never been around children, please do not say they’re “good with children” for a boarding job. In your absence your dog will feel loved and cared for while adhering to your rules. I don’t want to undo the hard work you've put into training! I will also provide daily texts/pictures to update you on your fur baby!
