In the client’s home, safety, trust, and a comfortable environment are my top priorities. I make sure to follow any specific instructions given by the pet owners regarding their pet’s routines and preferences. I ensure pets are safe by securing any potentially hazardous areas and providing a calm, pet-friendly environment. Whether it’s administering medication, following feeding schedules, or making sure they have plenty of playtime and exercise, I create a secure and nurturing atmosphere. I also take the time to build trust with both the pets and their owners, ensuring that the pet feels comfortable and loved while their owners are away.

Brittany has cared for my cats on more occasions than I can count. They know her, come out for her and it puts me at ease that she’ll be there when I’m not. I leave pretty lengthy directions due to dietary restrictions and there has never been an issue. The litter box is always clean, the water fountain & automatic dry feeder are always full. She’s even done more than one visit in a day, which I love. Brittany genuinely loves animals and it shows in the way she cares for them. She sends texts and photos during visits and is overall very reassuring that my babies are ok happy. I highly recommend her! :)
