Information Brittany V. would like to know about your pet
As I homeschool my 3rd grader, it is important to me that you and your pet(s) are comfortable with her assisting mom. If your pet is apprehensive, timid, or aggressive with children, or if you prefer I come alone please let me know in advance! Thank you so much for understanding.
A typical day
Though I was medically retired from the military, my body allows me to walk 1 mile at a time, and as a great Dane owner myself, I am not too limited in my range of size! I will always ensure enrichment time is spent during my visits, play time, pets, and lots of love is a necessity when our pets are feeling lonely at home, and I am just the girl for the job! In house brushing & baths are available with an extra fee.

16 + years of experience!
Pet care experience
My love for animals started at a very young age. By the time I was 11 I began walking and pet sitting the dogs in my neighborhood. At 16, I began working at a local kennel & groomer facility. I stayed there for four years as my knowledge and experience in handling pets and their different needs and traits grew, ranging from aggressive, special needs, diabetic, timid, or extra playful. This experience led to my position as a veterinarian assistant at a local veterinary clinic. This allowed for the expansion in my knowledge of animal health, emergency care, and pharmaceutical administration. At 22 I joined the U.S. Army as an animal care technician, where I served 5 years working with animals as small as mice and as large as a horse. I began Rover in 2018 after being medically retired, and as I was finishing my bachelor degree. Over the last 5 years I have left the animal field, and have recently began a new path as a self-alignment workbook author and public speaker. I am currently working towards my Master’s degree and home schooling my daughter, which prevents me from working a typical 40 hour work week.
