I have been a pet owner and animal lover since I could walk, so when my children reached school age and I found myself with free time, and a need for a job that allowed the flexibility to still be available for them, walking dogs was an obvious choice! I have always been the type to cross the park to pet a friendly dog, and have now made a career out of giving regularly scheduled walks to dogs in my neighborhood whose owners cannot do so themselves due to age, disability, or busy schedules! I am available for regularly scheduled or last-minute (in most cases) walks or drop-in care, and am happy to help! Brittany was so great taking care of my conure when I was gone, birds can be a bit finicky so it was really great to have someone caring and thoughtful like her here. He got comfortable with her quickly and looks like he had a great time. I would 100% recommend her to anyone who needs a pet sitter!

Schedule
I am currently in school Monday-Wednesday but am available Thursday-Sunday for walks and in-home care! I am accepting new clients for regular Thursday and Friday walks!

I have just transitioned from primarily boarding in my home, to focusing on walks and drop-in care, as we downsized from a house to an apartment. I will be available for house-sitting in the summer when my children are gone but for now would love the opportunity to check in and entertain your pets while you are away! I can provide excellent references for clients I have been helping regularly for years now and who trust me coming and going from their homes frequently. Now that I am no longer boarding, but am more centrally located on the South Hill, I am available with a very flexible schedule for all your in-home pet care needs! I usually do not need more than a days notice, as long as walk times are somewhat flexible!
