I've used Brittany for a one-time drop in in the past and the experience went pretty well. However, this time I was very disappointed in my experience. I incurred a $250 emergency vet bill on top of losing $100 from the stay due to Brittany's decision to grab a toy that was on the opposite end of the room where I left materials for my dog to give her a toy that I had intentionally placed away to avoid my dog ingesting the small pieces from the toy. Not only did she give it to her while supervising but took it upon herself to replace the toy that I had placed in the crate to the toy that was placed out of the way. While I'm sure she did not mean to intentionally cause any harm, this action was absolutely shocking and confusing to me. Luckily, I had a camera placed on my dog where I was able to catch it in a timely manner and ask that the toy be removed. Still, my dog had already ingested a significant amount of the toy, which led to her pooping blood and needing to be rushed to the vet upon my arrival back home. Not to mention, I booked a sitter for some peace of mind while traveling only to be stressed out the entire time and missing many of the conference sessions I traveled for. If I had left my dog alone, I likely would not have incurred this bill considering it was caused by the direct actions of the sitter. I was already skeptical about using Rover but will be deleting my account from here. Brittany is otherwise communicative and professional but I would avoid using her for young dogs or puppies.

During my initial meet & greet, Brittany was very thorough and I feel very confident entrusting my dog with her. This was my first-time visit, and I think Brittany was wonderful, and had excellent communication throughout and made sure to keep me informed about everything that was happening during the visit. I would highly recommend her to take care of your pet.

Brittany was awesome! She communicated really well, took lots of pictures, and even volunteered to clean up after my cat knocked over a whole basket full of things- I highly recommend her!
