Information Brittany R. would like to know about your pet

When it comes to traveling and work obligations, the stresses of finding the right sitter for your pet can be overwhelming. I understand that your pet is different than any other, and it can often be hard for a dog to transition and get comfortable in a place/with a person who they aren’t used to being around. I promise to make sure your dog is comfortable and will accommodate any special requests to make you and your dog feel at home. In order to make this happen please let me know: 1. What makes your dog anxious if anything? 2.Feeding times/how much? 3. Is your dog comfortable around kids? 4. Is your dog crate trained for bedtime? If not, we can make other accommodations. 5.Can your dog have treats/does your dog have any allergies? 6. Does your dog have to be the only dog staying in the house besides my dogs?(Meaning, I can’t have another Rover dog staying at the same time) 7. Is your dog at all destructive (furniture or otherwise?) 8.Do I need to administer any medications? 9.Is your dog comfortable on car rides? 10. Do you have any training that needs to be upheld? I am comfortable administering injections or medications. If there is an emergency and your preferred vet isn’t available and I cannot get ahold of you-I will take them to the nearest 24 hour vet. If you prefer, we can set up a meet and greet prior to the boarding appointments and/or doggy daycare appointments to make sure your dogs are a good fit with my dogs. I haven’t had any issues in the past… however, I’m willing to do what makes you feel comfortable. Can’t wait to meet you and your pup!

A typical day

A day in the life of the doggo: Feed between 7-8 am and one hour walk on High Line Canal Trail. Go on another hour walk or a dog park around lunchtime. Feed again between 5-6 and take a shorter usually around 30 min walk. And of course all the snuggles and play in between. (Feeding times vary depending on your dogs routine)

Pet care experience

Hi! I’m Brittany! I am a DOG LOVER and every dog seems to love me back…at least as far as I can “tail”.😉 I get it- your fur baby IS your baby. The stress of leaving your baby behind for work, vacation or etc is stressful. I am here to help! My 2 fur boys (A high energy 50 lb Border Collie German Sheperd mix named Beau, and a 7 lb Yorkie, named Reese), whose ego definitely doesn’t hold up to his size… get WAY too much attention for 2 dogs, so I’d love to give as much love and attention to another well deserving pup. I can ensure you that your pup will love his/her vacation as much as you do. My background includes many years of experience with dogs-from puppies to retirees, of all different sizes and breeds. No judgement here- I truly love them all. I’m also a Colorado native, former Cosmetologist & Barber, and currently a proud stay at home mama of 2. It was time for a change of pace after having my second kiddo, and now that they are both in school, I needed to keep myself busy. I could do just that while ALSO getting to hang with other peoples pups?! I’m responsible, trustworthy, thorough, and extremely organized. Treats always guaranteed 🦴 (no rawhide of course!)

Brittany took such great care of our pup! This was our first time ever boarding Luna, and Brittany was so flexible and accommodating, and also sent lots of updates and pictures so we could be comfortable that our pup was having a great time. It was seamless and great, we'll definitely trust Luna to Brittany any time!
