Hello! My name is Brittany and I love being a dog mom! I have two passions in life: pets and education. I am finishing my PhD and have accepted a position at Victoria College, and I'm excited to be settling back into south Texas! I have been on Rover for almost 7 years and after taking some time away to focus on my studies I have returned with the hope of meeting you and your furry family! As evident from the reviews and rating my clients have been so kind to leave, you can see that fostering relationships and ensuring the best experience possible is always at the top of my list! My time on Rover has been an absolute blast and so rewarding. It has allowed me to learn and adapt my services to be the best they can be, the knowledge I have gained from working with my wonderful clients and being a part of the pet care community is totally invaluable. As a dog mom the most important thing to me is the well being and safety of my pets! This is also the most important thing in my business! I ensure a safe and stimulating, but relaxing environment. I pride myself on being quite detail oriented in the care of your furry family! I will follow all instructions given and communicate regularly to ensure that the care I am providing is exactly the care you want for your pets. My own dogs are very unique individuals, but get along great with all dogs! My almost four year old springer spaniel mix is up for playtime all day any day, while my mini aussie is quite content sharing a cuddle or just enjoying the company of more relaxed friends. I have experience with pets with anxiety and medical needs. I am able to give any medication including injections. If your pup is an anxious pet, don't worry! Your pets will never be pushed out of their comfort zone in my home, I allow each pet to decide on his or her own when they feel comfortable joining in. Please do note that I do all introductions one on one and over a period of a few hours after you drop off to make sure I am introducing new dogs in the safest and best way possible. Things to know: I have a private yard and fence, but please let me know if your pet has ever tried to jump a fence as it is not incredibly tall. All pickups and drop-offs are by appointment, but I am usually flexible! I will only take one dog at a time to ensure a safe environment when I can not supervise. I do have a cat, but he remains separate from all guest dogs!

Brittany is our “go to” dog sitter. We know she will care for our Abby like she cares for her own dogs! Abby wags her tail when she sees Brittany so we know Abby feels safe and loved! We are able to enjoy our time away from Abby because of the care and love she gives to Abby!
Brittany did an awesome job of taking care of my fur baby while I was away! Pictures and updates were sent to me throughout her drop in visit. Trustworthy and does well with care instructions. I highly recommend Brittany and her great service!
Our dog, Abby, was recovering from some injuries when we had to leave town for a trip planned before she was injured! We had already booked a stay with Brittany but I knew Abby would be in good hands. Before I had a chance to message Brittany, she messaged me to inquire if there were special instructions for Abby’s injuries while she was in Brittany’s care. I told her what was needed but ended my instructions with “Use your judgment.” I have that much faith in Brittany that she would be sure Abby continued to heal! Abby came home with more healing and she will soon be fully recovered! Thank you Brittany for your good care of our baby girl!
I absolutely loved having Brittnay watch my dog! She texted me every time she went to visit and stayed for the whole 30 minutes to hang out with my pup. She was also so patient and gave my pup time to get used to her and even offered to take her on walks to bond and gain my dogs trust. I am really protective of my dog and have high expectations for her care and Brittnay absolutely exceeded my expectations! I will book with her again.

I will follow all instructions given and communicate regularly to ensure that the care I am providing is exactly the care you want for your pets. I do want to know as much about your pets daily routine and likes/dislikes as possible so I can make their stay as comfortable and fun as possible!
