Hi Fur-parents!
I’ve watched neighbors pets as a young kid and have always loved meeting new animals. I think it’s important that the animals keep to a as normal schedule as possible to mimic every day life. I’m always around and can stay as long as required for your animals. I also have looked after family pets when family goes away. I understand strangers can be terrifying, but I’d love to be a friend or extended family for others pets, someone they can look forward to seeing in the day to know that they won’t be alone.

I spend a lot of time with my pet, whether it’s taking them outside to run around in our fenced in yard, lounging on the couch with a movie, playing with toys and balls. My dog gets crated when I’m not around and for travel for his safety. I also have a dog car seat in my car for my dog or possibly your dog if they may fit. My dog is up to date on all his vaccinations and is neutered. He goes to Paws of Hope vet in Bluff City. I’m very knowledgeable in dachshund care, I grew up with them and have one of my own so I have ramps in my house and understand the safety they require for their backs.

Brittany K would be an excellent pet care person. Brittany started watching my pets at the age of 12. At first she watched them when I was at work. I was in walking distance from where she lived. We gradually had her watch our pets overnight. She just sat for both my dog and cat a month ago when I was gone for 13 days. I knew they were in good hands. Upon return it was as if I was gone overnight. She has taken dog training classes. My pets are always glad to see her. She is a caring person with a great sense of humor. We can see humor in just about any circumstance. Anyone would be lucky to have her.
I’ve never had a better dog-sitter. Brittany acts like each client is her own, catering to their every whim and need. Ever since I hired her, I’ve had peace of mind leaving my dog Rufus in her care.
On multiple occasions I have witnessed Brittany go above and beyond to not only care for my pets but make them feel as loved as any owner could hope for. I would 100% recommend her to watch over any of my dogs.

Hi there my name is Brittany, I’m 28 years old and my pup is Mika, he’s 2! I’m new to the Tri Cities area and have been here for a little over a year. I was recently diagnosed with a chronic illness: gastroparesis, so obtaining a full time job has been difficult. I have been put on some medication that helps the majority of my issues, but I can’t manage a full time job, unfortunately. I’m available all days of the week and I’d love to be able to spend that time with your babies and give them the time they need to run around or just to give them some company since I have a lot of time on my hands. I grew up with dogs my whole life and have also been around cats that my grandmother has had. I have my one pup, Mika and my boyfriend has his two dogs. It’s been rough not being able to do much, but furry friends always make me smile and provide wonderful, uplifting energy to myself as well as to you I can imagine.
