Not Your Average Zoo Keeper!
Hello all! My name is Brittany, but my friends call me Jumami LOL. I own 2 birds and a pup named Ellis. I've grown up with pets all my life and what has made me successful in building trust with my babies is allowing them to do their thing. I believe in a cage free environment (meaning they have cages, but only for sleeping and eating) but they are never forced to their cages and because of that it allows them to develop their own routines. I work around them and they work around me. My babies are more like my roommates then my pets. I work from home full time so your pet will hardly ever be alone and will get regular potty breaks. I live in a very walkable area so we will get out for at least two long walks, outside of potty breaks. I live in a garden style apartment so your pet will get plenty of sunshine. The garden is completely fenced in, which is nice because your baby can get some much needed vitamin d, but they can't go far. If your dog loves sunbathing then they will love the garden.

Brittany is the best! We always say our pup, Lani, is going to “summer camp” because she is SO excited to go and see Brittany and her dog Piper, who is Lani’s bestie!!! Brittany is so kind and sweet with our dog. She is super thoughtful with Lani, and we always know she’s in good hands with Brittany, and getting lots of cuddles and playtime.
Brittany is the best! She will go above and beyond and takes amazing care of our dogs. I can tell that they just love spending time with her.

Very easy to communicate with, and sent cute pictures and videos throughout the day! We used her for doggy daycare while we were visiting the city. Very sweet with our dog and would highly recommend if you’re in the area.
Brittany is always amazing with Lani! She provides daily updates, shows genuine care and affection, and Lani, who is always anxious being left, has really blossomed with Brittany’s care. Thank you!!
Brittany was great with Cocolatte and very helpful to me as my delivery times kept changing. She seemed to have a very well equipped dog apartment with many of the items that I have needed to provide to other sitters. And she was kind enough to deliver a few items that had not made it home at pick up. Wonderful cheery attitude consistently.

A typical day
Your dog will be mentally and physically stimulated with toys, games, and long walks to explore the neighborhood. My apartment is 10 minutes from literally everything and one of my favorite walks is to the national mall.
