I have been providing dog sitting services since 2014 and have been a member of Rover since 2019, accumulating over 10 years of experience in caring for pets. I have a deep passion for dogs and enjoy spending time with them, but rest assured, I’m more than happy to care for your cat or cats as well. Work Schedule and Availability: Please review my work schedule to ensure it aligns with your needs. I work a standard 40-hour week, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM in Minden. I live in South Carson City. For Lake Tahoe Residents: If you’re located in the Lake Tahoe area, I am available for dog sitting only from Friday evening to Sunday evening. However, if your request falls during a holiday when I’m not working, I may be able to adjust. Please keep this in mind. For Reno Residents: I apologize, but I am unable to offer dog or cat sitting services for pets located above the South Meadows Parkway exit. I prefer not to be too far from your pets during my workday. However, if you live near or below the South Meadows Parkway exit, please reach out, and we can discuss availability. For those above the South Meadows Parkway exit, I am only available for weekend bookings, Friday evening to Sunday evening. If you request services during a holiday when I may be off work, I might be able to make an exception. Pet Care Commitment: Your pet’s well being is my top priority, and I promise they will receive plenty of love and attention while in my care. I will provide regular updates, including both the positive and any concerns, such as if your pet gets into something they shouldn’t or experiences any health issues. I understand how important it is to stay informed about your pet’s condition while you are away. Pet Sitting Approach: While I may look young (I’m often told I appear 16), I assure you I am responsible and mature. I’m not into wild parties my focus is entirely on caring for your pets. When pet sitting in your home, I typically enjoy reading, listening to music, doing puzzles, and, of course, spending quality time with your pets. I make sure to build a relationship with your pet, giving them the time and space they need to feel comfortable with me. I avoid rushing any interactions and take care to learn if there are any sensitive areas to avoid when petting your animal. I am attentive to any medical needs or dietary restrictions and will follow your instructions carefully. If your pet has any special needs whether it’s medication, dietary restrictions, or behavioral issues. I will make sure to accommodate them fully. If you need help with tasks such as picking up mail or taking out the trash, that’s no problem at all. Rates: My rates are flexible, and I am happy to work with you to find a fair arrangement based on your needs. Please take into account my experience, reviews, time, travel expenses, and references when considering my services. Questions and References: Feel free to ask me anything whether it's about my experience or specific concerns you have regarding your pet’s care. If you'd like references from previous clients, I’d be more than happy to provide them. Winter Availability: Please note that I do not offer pet sitting services during the winter unless you are local to Carson City. I will also consider areas in Minden, Genoa, and Gardnerville, depending on location. Thank you for considering me as your pet caretaker.
