I work 8:15-4:15 Monday through Friday as a teacher with a 30 minute to an hour range lunch break. (Depends on the day and our coverage) Regular weekday schedule: For drop-in visits, I can gaurantee morning and evening visits because I can be there for the full required amount of time. I can’t gaurantee lunch visits because it’s not always possible for me to stay the full 30 minutes and make it back to work in time. If you’re okay with a shorter visit, then I can probably make that work. Just ask! For housesitting, I can be there all day aside from my weekday job hours. I can make lunch visits with housesitting if it’s okay that I’m not always there the full 30 minutes. Weekends and school breaks schedule: If you schedule me for drop-in visits that fall on a weekend or vacation day, I can usually do as many visits as you want to schedule — including lunch visits. I don’t have the lunch break time crunch.

I’ll feed your pets, take them out, play with them, take them on walk, give them any oral meds they’ve been taking — whatever they or you prefer! I like to try and keep their regular routine the same so they have less separation anxiety. I truly love animals and will take very good care of them. And because I always want to make sure your pets are 100% taken care of, I have a backup plan set in place for if anything happens to cause me to not be able to complete my bookings. Feel free to ask me about my backup plan!

I would simply like to know if there are any things that will push your pet’s buttons. I have a dog that loves be scratched on the belly and one that hates it. I would just like to know, so I have a better experience with your pet.

I’ll gladly take them for a walk/run or just explore a trail somewhere. Whatever your pet likes, I will participate with them — whether thay be chase, tug, fetch, run, walk….I’ll do it! Whatever makes your pet happy.

I grew up with two big dogs that lived in the backyard and a cat that stayed completely indoors. When we moved houses, we got another small dog for indoors. When the two big dogs passed away, we got two more medium dogs that also stayed inside with us. We then moved again and now have two medium dogs — one being a few years old whom I basically raised by myself. He developed some serious random aggression issues, so I have some experience with preventative measures to avoid incidents. I have grown up with all sizes of dogs and have always loved them. I wanted to be a vet when I was little because of how much I loved animals. I graduated Southwest Baptist University, and I now work as a lead teacher at a preschool for deaf children. House sitting and dog sitting are both services I would love to do for you and your furry family members!
