I currently am working per diem as a nurse aid, I just finished school and will hopefully be starting my first nursing job in a couple-few months. For now I have the summer open while I am studying and applying to jobs. That being said, my schedule is very flexible and I would be happy to include caring for your pet into it!

I currently cannot care for additional pets in my home as I live with others. However, I am open to caring for pets in a clients home. I would like as informative and detailed a description of how clients would like their pets cared for, and plan to follow those instructions completely. I have experience with a variety of pets from dogs, cats, reptiles, rodents, and birds, ranging from young to old. I have the most experience with dogs. I worked at a dog daycare for a few months, so I am familiar with the personalities and care of different breeds. My dogs (Cookie and Waffles) have both had health issues in the past, so I have experience with giving oral medication. I also have basic grooming experience, mostly bathing, ear/face care, and nails (if pet allows, my girls unfortunately need a whole team to get their nails done).

Please inform me of any information you can on your pets wants and needs, as well as anything you would like me to do or not do while they are in my care. I am open to all kinds of pets and situations, anything I have not done before I am willing to learn.
A typical day
All activities are very pet and owner dependent. I've had some dogs that enjoy toys, and others who have not, so playing with toys will depend on the dog. Personality and energy level also play a role, so whether its running around with a ball or cuddled up with lots of petting I am happy to participate.
