My experience with Brittany was excellent. She agreed to an early meet and greet with my dog and I at which time I went through more details about the house and dog duties. She kept me appraised on how my dog was doing, sent a couple of pics (I would've enjoyed seeing a few more but I initially said I didn't need to get or see daily updates), and she left the house as it was when she'd arrived. Truly a sigh of relief that my dog was taken care of while I was out of town/state. I do appreciate having folks to engage with through Rover who will take care of another's pet as requested to enable us to vacation and step away from our fur family for a time.
