Hello. I am a student at the College of the Mainland and have some extra time on my hands to care for household pets. I started off fostering a puppy for the ARC for a couple of weeks and really enjoyed it. I would love to continue caring for dogs (of any age) and am looking forward to doing so through this website! While I prefer dog-sitting in the home that the dog is most comfortable in, I am open to them staying with me at my house! I have a Pomeranian-corgi mix and she is 8 years old that will accompany them at my house. She is well mannered with other dogs as I frequently bring her to the local Texas City dog park. I also watch and walk my mom's beagle as needed for her. When boarding dogs in my home they will never be left unattended unless I am at school, then they will be in a crate for no more than 2 hours.
