Brittany did great with taking care of my cat during drop in’s while I was out of town! Was glad she was able to help me out on relatively short notice, and would love to rebook if the need arises.

One of our two cats has a special diet that Brittany made sure to follow, which is always our greatest concern. We wish we had a little more communication about activities during visits and a few other small things, but the cats are great, and they liked Brittany (they’re pretty shy).

She claims to have worked in Animal Care center in past and a Stay home mom now, but when we tried her for boarding for first time for our 2.5 yr old Shih Poo, we found that all this is a total lie, so is other reviews posted in her profile. We planned to leave our pet with her for overnight but got suspicious since she was not sending any pics, nor she was picking up her phone when we tried to reach out after 2 hrs. When we reached out via Rover messages, she responded that she was out for grocery shopping and couldn't reply back. She also assured us that she will be back soon and then she will send pics. After waiting for another 2 hrs, no response from her. So we reached back again and found out that she was not at home and this time she made an excuse that she had a family emergency and is in hospital at the moment. She also told us that her husband is home and taking care of our pet. All this made us nervous and we went to her place to pick up our pet. To our horror and surprise, no one was home, all lights were off and our pet was caged inside near her main door with no food, no water, no blanket in Chicago Cold and was barking non-stop for help. This made us furious and we started calling her every other minute. Then she told us that her husband just came to pick her up and they both were nearly 50 miles away from home and she will need another 1hr to reach back. When we asked her to come back and give our baby back to us, she started spinning all this on us by saying she don't want to take care of our pet as we are harassing her. Caring for our baby, asking for her well being and basic expectation of having someone to take care of her is harassment to her. Extremely confused who are these repeat customers and how is she conducting business to get such a high star rating. If this site allows me I will give her 0 or less stars. Please save yourself trouble and avoid using this scamster for any service in future. I also want to add that if you have any trouble in future with any bookings via Rover, don't even bother to call customer care as they are equally pathetic in the name of customer care. All they did is tried to call her and gave us her husband's number after transferring call from one department to another. Apart from that they can do nothing.

Brittany was extra caring and tools lots of pictures to assure me my pups were doing well.
