The Aldridge home is one where all dogs are welcomed and loved on as if they were our own. We have 2 dogs of our own, a beagle-corgi mix female and a blue heeled/English shepherd mix male puppy (both rescue dogs). They absolutely love to have friends over to play with. We have hardwood floors which makes for really easy cleanup for any accidents, especially for those pups who are still learning to go outside. For a long time, I’ve been volunteering to keep my friends’ dogs during their vacations. I am home most of the day. I have 3 kids that love when we have new fur friends at the house to play with. They run in our big backyard with them, play fetch and love to just cuddle as well. All of my kids are in school so I am available during the day for check-ins/walks if you have a dog that needs that middle of the day potty break. I have experience with senior dogs and dogs that require medication. We lost our 12 year old beagle-pug mix a couple of years ago due mainly to diabetes. We became very familiar with checking sugar levels and giving him daily injections. I love the idea of Rover because traditional boarding places can be too expensive and you never really know how much time your dog is getting with humans! We would love to be like a second family for your dog! They will definitely be cared for and loved by this crew.
