Our normal sitter was unable, Britni was willing and able to watch Polar last minute. Thank you.

They were super great and kept me up to date on how my dog was doing and took good care of my dog. Would highly recommend

First time I ever felt like I needed to write a review and unfortunately, it’s a negative one. I had Brinti watch my dog Leo for two nights. Everything seemed fine when I dropped him off, that night I got a photo of him saying he’s doing great but then nothing for the rest of the time. When I went to pick him up, her sons were waiting outside in the yard and handed him and his bag to me. When I asked to speak with Britni to see how things went, she would not come out to talk with me. When I messaged her the next day to see how things went she never responded. This is very concerning to me and extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend her to watch your dog with the lack of communication alone but also the uncertainty of how your dog would be cared for.

Britni was very communicative and Roxy got lots of play time.

Can't recommend them enough! Took excellent care of our 2 dogs and were very flexible in scheduling. Great updates and photos throughout the stay and awesome communication. The family really loves dogs and we will 110% be returning!

My dog came home in one piece, no injuries and seemed happy. The reason for the 3 rating: I have no idea what a day was like while she was there. I don’t know anything positive or negative about my dog’s behavior while there other than she was vocal on her first day, was outside a lot and a few pictures of her outside. She came home kind of dirty and dusty. I didn’t even get to the door to pick her up and she was being brought outside with her stuff. It felt kind of like they were anxious for her to leave but again I have no idea what it was like during her stay. I did request before I left her and during the time I was gone to let me know how she was doing and how they were doing with her but again I don’t really know. I guess I didn’t think I should have to question them because they would share anything important since this is the first time I’ve ever left her. My expectations might be higher than what I what I received.
