Britney is a truly great pet sitter. She is so reliable, trustworthy, and just a very kind person. Having her as a sitter allows us to be stress free and not worry about our dogs when we are away. Britney is an excellent communicator, sends us pictures of our pups, and our dogs are always excited to see her. We highly recommend her for anyone looking for excellent pet care.

Britney was fantastic! She communicated great, gave my dog lots of care and attention, and lets the sweetest thank you card and photos when she left. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

Britney is a very kind and conscientious care giver as well as being an excellent communicator. She did a great job taking care of our dogs. We decided to use Rover for our little one 'baby" because we were heading out on a 7 day cruise and needed a sitter for 9 days. We found Britney on Rover and she absolutely over exceeded our expectations! From the first day we did the meet and greet, she was so caring, loving, respectful and professional! As we flew to and from Orlando and cruised for 7 days, Britney never missed a beat. Britney actually drove all the way from work in Downtown Dallas to give our "baby" her 1pm snack! She kept everything clean, followed all the rules and even worked from home some days to just keep "baby" company. She sent us pics and reports daily. We felt super comfortable leaving Britney in our home the entire time. We truly found a God sent dog sitter and also just a really warm and wonderful person. We will be using her services again!

I recently had to travel out of town for my father in law’s funeral, and leaving T’challa behind was not easy, especially since he can be very shy around new people. Thankfully, I found Britney, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we met, Britney was incredibly kind, personable, and reassuring. To my surprise (and relief), T’challa warmed up to her much faster than he usually does with others, which immediately put me at ease. While I was away, Britney went above and beyond by sending daily pictures and videos. Those updates meant so much to me, they really helped me feel connected and reassured that he was happy and well cared for. When I picked him up, Britney added such a thoughtful personal touch by giving me a thank you card that included photos of T’challa, along with a keepsake card of his paw print 😊. It was such a sweet and unexpected gesture that meant a lot to me. I’m so grateful for the care and love she showed T’challa. I would absolutely recommend Britney to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate dog sitter. I will definitely keep using her services.

We needed someone to take care of our four dogs (three labs and one Bernese mountain dog) for the holidays since for a period of 4 days no one would be there to take care of them. A month in advance we managed to get in contacts with Britney who was able to come and take care of them. We told her that she just has to give them breakfast, dinner, and stay the night at our house so the dogs wouldn’t be alone, she could go do her things, work, or explore, she would just need to come back to do what we asked. During those four days she kept giving picture updates, stayed in the house and played with them. Craziest part is that she went above and beyond. She dead ass showered all four dogs, brushed them, attempted to do basic training with Summer (Bernese mountain dog) who is afraid of going on walks (and succeeded), and even took her to a station where she could use specific dog grooming equipment to shower, groom, and detangle Summer hair. When we came back we saw the dogs so clean, Summer looked like a puppy, and on top of all this we learned that she cleaned the dogs room multiple times to insure there was no dog hair anywhere. Sadly, she learned the hard way that the dog room can never be cleaned because she told us that she cleaned for 4 hours and in less than an hour the room went back to being dirty because of the dogs as if she never cleaned in the first place. Needless to say, I really cannot recommend her enough. With what little time she had with my dogs she managed so much and has told us that if she has another chance to take care of them again that she want to continue training them. Having someone that goes above and beyond for no need is a hell of a trait that I hope she continues to expand on. And that is the kind of person I put my trust on with my family.
