Hi there! Thanks so much for taking the time to visit my profile. My name is Britney, and I am a former Google and Meta employee turned full-time pet care taker! I started part-time pet/house-sitting and taking care of dogs and cats in the greater CA Bay Area for over three years; however, my pet care journey began at the tender age of 10, walking my neighbor's dogs, giving them baths, and then getting my own pup with the money I had saved from my sweet 16. I managed to train and take care of her myself while working part-time, attending school, and training as a junior olympic athlete. I had my pup for 19 years! I have had the honor of rescuing two senior dogs, one of whom is no longer with us, and one with whom I travel. Her name is Sadie, and we found each other on a trailhead! I nursed her back to health and have direct experience, healing my dog holistically. She was not in the best of shape when I found her, and whilst learning to live and travel on the road together, we discovered that nature, clean food, energy work, love, and homeopathic care helped her fully recover! I look forward to getting to know your pets and giving you peace of mind, knowing that they are in the care of a loving heart and hands.

I ensure that your pet's safety is my number 1 priority and am certified by the American Red Cross in Dog and Cat First Aid. In addition, my business is personally insured. I take your and your beloved companions' trust and safety extremely seriously. This is not a hobby for me, this is what I live to do! :) Formerly, I came from a Trust and Safety background in big tech, where my role was to protect the safety and well-being of the public using our social media and home services platforms. Whether it's watching over your pup(s)/cat(s), walking them, playing with them, and/or administering medication, I ensure that their well-being and safety are my top priority. I am highly perceptive and intuitive, able to sense animals' behavioral patterns, which inform me of what your pet needs at any given moment to keep them feeling safe, confident, and secure. I offer an authentically loving approach and move in tune with the natural bio-rhythm of your beloved companion(s), taking both my safety and the safety of yours and my pet(s) incredibly seriously, so you can have complete peace of mind when leaving your beloved companion(s) in my care. I will send daily progress notes and photos based on your preferences, whichever suits your needs.

I can’t say enough good things about Britney. I needed help on very short notice due to some health issues and she immediately stepped in. She came by right away to meet me and my dogs, and then graciously agreed to walk them twice a day for several days. She has been incredibly kind, reliable, and communicative throughout. Most importantly, she is wonderful with my dogs—they took to her right away and are so happy and eager each time they see her. She’s always punctual and keeps me updated, which gives me such peace of mind. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog walker or sitter.

Britney is absolutely incredible! As someone who is extremely particular about who cares for my dogs, finding her was such a relief. From the moment we met, it was clear she was the perfect fit — my pups loved her instantly, and I felt at ease with her. She stayed at my house with them for the weekend and kept me updated throughout with photos (she even asked beforehand if I’d like them). She’s attentive, responsive, and genuinely wonderful. I couldn’t be more grateful to have found her!

Brittney is an amazing animal lover and especially an amazing dog walker. She gave my large breed dog the long walk that she deserved while I take care of My newborn at home. My pup, Sadie, and I are semi-nomadic van-lifers, with our home base in the LA/OC area. I will periodically update my profile to offer my services in the areas where we are currently residing. I am available for walks, drop-ins, and client in-home pet sitting, and I look forward to getting to know you and your beloved companion(s). *Note: If your home is more than 5-10 miles from the La Habra Heights area, concerning overnight pet-sitting, I kindly ask that my pup, Sadie, also stay. Feel free to check out her pet profile. She is a house and crate-trained senior chihuahua mix who is low-maintenance, gets along great with other dogs and cats, and enjoys sleeping in her bed or crate next to me. Thanks!
