British was very sweet and very accommodating. However there are some concerns- **This part does not matter to me but it’s important- profile says no children in the home but there was a little girl in the home. For safety reasons this should definitely be mentioned in profile. ❤️** British’s profile says it’s a non smoking home but the home did have a strong smell of cannabis. Bigs was returned smelling like weed and cigarettes. He was also acting extremely lethargic and non responsive - very atypical to his normal hype behavior. I was concerned about exposure but this morning before work he seemed ok. His crate was wet when we picked him up (no incidents reported), and he was being fed a different type of food. At drop off I provided an entire extra day of food, plus what was left in his bowl. The bag was completely empty but our dog was starving when we got home - ran right to his bowl. Based on how much food I put in bag for one overnight (basically one and a half days) there should’ve been two plus scoops left. I’m worried the dog in the home ate the food before my dog ate? Not sure. Giving a dog a different kind of food (without asking first??) can give them gastrointestinal issues. A little dropped food here and there is one thing but an entirely different brand of food should be approved prior. While there were no outward signs of mistreatment I would definitely set some boundaries before booking. Again- British was super sweet and I had no issues with a child being in the home. I’m sure my issues won’t be issues for others.

My pups had a great time with British! She also excellently handled an incident with my pup and I am so grateful for her taking such good care of my pups.

My first time using River and British was an absolute dream to work with! Cooper LOVED her and she managed him beautifully. Thank you so much!!!!!

Unfortunately this was the worst experience! It started when I messaged her and stated that I would be back early , so instead of picking My baby up at three I would be there at noon. She stated she had to push the pick up time back to between 6-7. I later found out that this was because she went to orlando with her family and wouldn't be back until then. However, at nine o'clock I still didn't have him and hadn't heard back from her since 7 When I checked to see if I could come him. When I picked him up he smelled like terrible! When I took him downstairs he peed so long as if he hadn't been to it in a long time!! By the time I got him home he was starving and so thirsty. When he went to use the restroom again , it was so hard it was stuck hanging out his rear end. I'm livid to say the least. Definitely not using her again.

Great service kept me updated and took good care of my boy.
