Borrowing dogs is kind of my thing
From a full house of dogs growing up to a roommate’s puppy through age three, I’ve loved every age and every size! Locally I’ve cared for a small dachshund and black lab so I can handle the tiniest lap dog and the most high energy pup in town! I’m a first choice for dog sitting among friends because my answer is always yes!

Brigit get's Gus' paw of approval! Where do I even start? Finding someone trustworthy for my golden retriever Gus has never been easy — he's a big, lovable 100-pound teddy bear who needs someone who can actually handle his size AND his enthusiasm. Most sitters take one look at him and get nervous. From the moment we arrived, Gus was immediately at ease — tail wagging, ready to make a new best friend. Our sitter treated him like their own, made sure he got the exercise a big boy like Gus needs, and sent us regular updates and photos throughout the stay. As a dog parent, that peace of mind is everything. We came home to one very happy, very tired golden — which is truly the highest compliment I can give. If you have a large dog and worry that not every sitter is up for the challenge, look no further. Gus and I will absolutely be back!

I work from home so your dog is never far from good company. My schedule has some flexibility built in which means I can walk and check in as needed with a little notice!
