I always had a love and appreciation for animals. As a child, I began volunteering at my local animal shelter. I've been the animal caretaker for my local preschool animals (bunnies, gerbils, etc) as well as my local ecology center (reptiles, ferrets, you name it). I've volunteered for years at local animal shelters with dogs & cats. I have experience with a plethora of animals & I'm comfortable with all breeds. I have experience raising both puppies & kittens. I pet sit for all of my friends (currently have a Persian on my lap), so I figured I could also do it as a side job. I'm currently working a hybrid office schedule. If I’m not home for any reason, my partner (who is also an animal lover) will be. We recently moved into a house with a yard in a great neighborhood for walks (very close to Washington Park). We do not do any dog parks for liability reasons. I'm flexible & will adhere to any rules you set for your pets. Happy to bathe, walk, feed, and board for multiple days.

Brie always takes such great care of our Aspen who often has many needs! She provides regular updates and even just lets us know when she’s being extra cute. Highly recommend and we are certainly booking again in the future 😊
Brie is so wonderful with our dog, Boomer! She takes care to learn his needs, routines, and quirks. Boomer absolutely loves her!
Brie was exceptionally communicative and gave frequent updates. She gave tremendous care to our older dog who had many needs and made it seem effortless. We will definitely look to book with her again when we need someone to look after our girl!
Bri was so wonderful to my pups. I felt so at ease leaving them with her, I knew they were in great hands. She was very communicative and shared tons of photos with us. I would definitely have Bri watch my dogs again! :)
Brie was great with my anxious dog! She was very communicative and followed all my instructions and even went above and beyond to spoon feed my dog to get her to eat. Would recommend!
Brie was incredible with our pups. Kind and attentive, great communication before and during their stay, and sends the best photos. This was our first time having Brie watch them and will definitely be back.

Schedule
I am currently working from home up to 3 times a week. On days I have to go in office, my partner works opposite schedules so someone will always be available for pet care 24/7. My partner works and I collaborate our schedules & care.

Safety, trust & environment
I am able to crate pets if preferred and supplied, otherwise, I will let well-trained dogs roam the apartment unit freely at night. I don't mind pets in the bedroom. We are usually available to take them out many times during the day. I am a firm believer in no off-leash walks for the safety of your dog & others. I will also not be taking the dogs to dog parks while sitting or introducing pets from multiple households just as an extra precaution.
A typical day
I love going for long walks around Washington Park. If allowed, our weekend routine involves stopping for a pup cup and then a stroll. When weather permits (and if your dog is the adventurer type), I do enjoy going to the mountains for hikes. Be prepared for lots of photos!
