I've had fur babies my entire life and always felt a special connection to animals of all kinds. I started pet sitting for friends/neighbors as a kid and have always enjoyed any excuse to get outside or provide extra love and attention to any animal in need. I'm comfortable with all animals and have a cat and bearded dragon of my own. Feeding, bathing, walking and even giving medication if needed, if it works with my schedule, I'm happy to do it all. 😊

Brie was awesome. Took the right approach with our more nervous dog, kept us updated throughout the stay, and made sure both our pups were well taken care of. So happy to have her has an option as an option for our dogs going forward.

I felt incredibly supported in knowing my kitty girl was in good hands. If you are looking for a reliable, genuine and caring person to take care of your furry friend I absolutely recommend Brie. Brie was able to do stop ins, play dates, cuddles and care all while we were away and it was a huge help.
Brie is super awesome and flexible with changes to the schedule! Mochi was well looked after and had tons of snuggles.
When Brie first met our dog Maverick, we had only recently rescued him from a very stressful situation. He was very fear-reactive, never leaving his crate and absolutely never approaching strangers. He could only spend short bursts of time outside before he became overwhelmed, and he couldn't walk farther than a few houses away from ours. From day one Brie's been so patient and calm with him, and I remember watching him slowly approach her for the first time and then being so happily surprised to see him deciding to stick close to her once he got close. He got his first "stranger massage" from her, and that impression definitely stuck with him because every interaction after that included tail wags and nose boops - which was a LOT coming from our nervous pup! He's come such a long way since then, and she's helped build his confidence with play times, walks around the neighborhood, and of course his favourite ear scratches and neck massages from her. She's really good at reading him and matching his energy, I think he can tell that she's invested in his wellbeing and he's always happy to see her. We're so happy she's in his life, he's a better pup for it. From a practical perspective, Brie is super reliable, has great communication with us, and is easy to work with. I'll always recommend her, she's been a great friend to our boy.

Schedule
I work part time - weekdays until 3 - and am available for pet care weekday evenings and weekends. I do have my 8 y/o half the week and every other weekend, so I would make sure your pet is comfortable with children if he was to be with me for any of the walks/visits.

I love to get out for hikes/walks outside of the city. If your dog is happy to get out on a little car adventure, we can go explore the outdoor trails surrounding this beautiful place we live ?. I am also happy to wander nearby areas if you have a senior dog or one that isn't comfortable in vehicles. I'm happy to provide whatever suits your and your animals needs best.
