Reputation, Trust and Respect are PARAMOUNT to me, as someone who would love their own pet, but chose a career working with livestock, which unfortunately means I would not be able to cater to my own pets needs to a high standard giving them time and attention, I really value treating pets how I would like my pet to be looked after and understand the bond between pet and owner are like additional family members. My farm job has given me a massive insight into the importance of observing behaviours, feeding and toileting patterns and temperament of animals so that anything out of normal routine can be dealt with as soon as possible. I'm originally from South Wales and had to leave my Cat behind as her and my Grandma (Who i lived with) had created a tremendous bond, while I was out working, and she regularly facetimes me with cat updates, and the cat of course. So I have first hand experience with understanding what it feels like to leave a pet really instilling the importance of great quality care into my personality.

Pet care experience
I'm Bridie, Im 32 Years Old, I provide reliable one-to-one dog walking in the local area and pet sitting on a wider radius. I have had dogs my entire life, Larger breeds and smaller ones in the family home, as well as sitting for other people. I listed 10 years of experience as this is the time I've had experience in being responsible for other dogs. I understand how important it is to feel confident leaving your pet with someone, so I focus on keeping routines consistent, walks safe and your pet comfortable at all times. Its really important to me that each pet receives the service in a way that suits them so I pay extra attention to detail to make sure every walk and sit is tailored to suit their temperament or personality, (Senior dog may like to be calm and steady and a younger dog more energy, longer walks, more playful, however this is not always the case!) My full-time job is working on a dairy farm. My love for all animals and these career choices has made me comfortable with handling animals of all sizes and temperaments, as well as an extensive understanding of routine, patience and being highly observant to animal health and individual focused work. Im comfortable adapting to different needs and staying calm in challenging situations and really put making sure every pet feels safe, understood and well looked after at the very top before anything else!

Reviews

Bridie came to look after my pooches at short notice. A lovely young lady with lots of animals experience and qualified in their first aid. I didn't have one concern leaving her to care for my pooches in my home. She sent me updates throughout the day and all my dogs relaxed in her company. Felt lucky to have found her and will definitely use again.
