Safety, trust & environment
It would be helpful to have a general overview of your pup’s personality and I’ll follow any instructions you have. To avoid reactivity and for safety, I do not take dogs into dog parks or let them off leash ever. I have a patio for smaller dogs (20lbs or less) to go outside but larger dogs are not allowed since it is 5 stories up and has a 4ft wall on 2 sides. I will care for your dog like they’re my own since they deserve the world.

Information Bridgett K. would like to know about your pet
What makes your pup nervous vs. happy? What are they reactive to, if anything? What are they most motivated by (i.e. food, toys, affection)? Any quirks I should be aware of? Any allergies or special needs?
A typical day
Your pups will be walked 3-4 times a day with 1-2 longer walks and will be provided indoor enrichment activities. And of course lots of play time and cuddles.

Pet care experience
Dogs are a part of the family and they deserve the best life possible through all the sniffaries and enrichment their hearts desire. I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life and I currently have an aussiedoodle with special dietary and grooming needs and foster pups through MuddyPaws NYC. I only take 1 dog at a time so your pup gets the attention they need. While I’m not a professional dog trainer, I strongly believe in constantly and consistently training dogs through positive reinforcement only. I do not go to dog parks or let dogs off leash for their own safety and to avoid reactivity. I’m well versed in dog body language and believe mental enrichment activities along with physical exercise leads to a happier pup. I love taking pups to any place that is dog-friendly because they too deserve to explore the world and live their best lives possible.
Reviews
Highly recommend Bridgett! She has been our go-to dog sitter when we are out of town or just need someone to watch the dogs for the day. She has even been a huge help with training our young pup. If you need a reliable person to watch over your dog, look no further!
I’m so grateful for the amazing care Bridgett gave Lilo! She’s my 7 yr old Cockapoo who is naturally anxious, usually isn’t comfortable in the city, and is also a picky eater, so leaving her is never easy. Bridgett was incredibly patient with Lilo, getting her to eat when she can be stubborn about meals. She even got Lilo happily walking and even playing in Central Park, which is a huge testament to her patience and kindness. Throughout the stay, she also sent thoughtful updates and photos that gave me so much peace of mind. It was such a relief knowing she was in such caring hands. I came home to a happy, relaxed pup and couldn’t ask for more. I’d absolutely trust Bridgett with Lilo again and highly recommend!
A loving and knowledgeable dog owner, and an amazing caretaker. Has done extensive research on dog psychology, dog body language, and other dog behaviors, and puts it into practice when she cares for dogs. Also has a calm and even keeled nature that helps dogs around her feel confident.
