Where Dogs Feel at Home
I’m a lifelong animal lover with deep hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages. I’ve raised and trained my own puppy through a full dog-training school program, so I’m confident with puppies, basic obedience, routines, and gentle training reinforcement. My dog is extremely well trained, and that experience has given me the patience, consistency, and communication skills needed to support any dog’s needs. I’ve also been a dog owner for 17 years, so I’m very comfortable with senior care, special routines, slow walkers, and pets who need extra love or attention. Whether it’s puppies with lots of energy or older dogs who need a calm presence, I adjust to whatever makes them feel safe and happy. I split my time between Toronto (where my family and puppy live) and Queen’s University, where I’m studying. Because my own dog is at home with my family, I’m able to give your pet my full attention and treat them like they’re my own. I truly love dogs and cats, and I care for every pet with the same affection, patience, and joy as I give my own.

Qualifications
Safety, trust & environment
When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their routines closely so everything feels familiar and stress-free for them. I make sure they stay on their usual feeding schedule, keep their water fresh, and maintain a clean litter box or potty routine. I always take time for play, enrichment, cuddles, or quiet company — whatever best matches each pet’s personality. For dogs, I include calm walks, basic training reinforcement if requested, and lots of positive attention. For cats, I give gentle, patient care and follow their cues, whether they want affection, playtime, or a more independent style of interaction. I keep owners updated with photos, messages, and little notes from each visit so you always know how your pet is doing. My goal is to make your pet feel safe, loved, and comfortable in their own space, and to make your time away completely worry-free.
Ratings and reviews
I was very happy with the care Bridget gave my two cats while I was away. She spent time playing with them and even cuddled and petted them, which meant a lot to me. She was kind, reliable, and always responded to my messages very quickly, which gave me great peace of mind. I would definitely book her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wonderful pet sitter!

Bridget took excellent care of both of our pups! She was organized, communicated well, and was very attentive to their needs.

Bridget is one of the most loving and responsible pet caregivers I know. She has such a natural way with both dogs and cats, making them feel calm, happy, and safe right away. She’s patient, attentive, and truly cares about every animal she meets. I would trust her with my pets anytime.
Calendar and availability
Schedule
Pet care fits really naturally into my daily and weekly routine. I have a light course load this semester and lots of free time, so I’m able to give pets plenty of attention, playtime, and consistent check-ins. I live only five minutes from campus, so I go in and out throughout the day, which makes it easy for me to stop by for walks, feedings, litter care, or quick visits whenever needed. I also take long walks every day, so adding a dog walk or extra outdoor time fits perfectly into my schedule. Whether it’s multiple visits, long cuddles, or regular walks, I have the flexibility to accommodate whatever your pet needs.
