I work full time during the week 830-430 with a lunch break which I could run out if needed. I am always free on the weekends, and I usually do spend time on the weekends going on long walks.

A typical day
A typical work day for me looks like some morning movement when I wake up, I often use my lunch break to go outside and go for a walk as well and love to go to the gym or go home and workout after work! I love to get my steps in. A typical weekend day for me looks like going to the gym in the morning, going for a long walk after either on a trail on in a neighborhood. I love to treat myself and get a coffee on the weekends as well which is always fun to go for a ride with the dog to.

I’ve had my own dogs my entire life and have taken care of other family members/neighbors dogs and cats while they are away. I love to go for walks and always enjoy taking a dog along with me!
