Let me know if your dog has any special needs or behaviors that need to be addressed. I can probably help with special needs/medications, but please double-check in advance. Also, please let me know if he needs a special harness because he pulls, or if he needs to be kept close when other dogs are around, etc. Some very lovable dogs prefer human pack to a canine one, and that is ok!
A typical day
We'll have lots of fun, whether checking out the neighborhood, taking a stroll to the closest park, playing fetch... I love to go to New Bark Park if your dog is social! If your dog prefers a quick walk and lots of love and attention at home, we can do that too!

Pet care experience
I've loved animals of all kinds since I was little! I have had turtles, tortoises, bunnies, a chinchilla, and Pascal, the love-of-my-life golden mutt. I was privileged to spend more than 15 amazing years with him and learned about all stages of dog life, including elderly/special needs care. I've also helped friends and family take care of their pets - mostly dogs - when they were away!

My friend Briant would be a wonderful dog care giver. Not only does she love animals, but she is caring, honest and reliable. (She was my co-worker at Berlitz Language Center for over 10 years, and worked as an instructor and instructional language supervisor.) Because she was friendly, competent, and professional at work, I know she would give excellent customer care to her clients a well. One way she showed her devotion to dogs was how she treated her own dog. She treated her dog Pascal like a member of the family. He would go with her to cafes, parks, beaches and would socialize with other dogs and people. For these reasons, I trusted Briabt completely when I went out of town, to safely take care of my two dogs in my home. She administered prescription ear drops to my Basset Hound for an ear infection and Cosequin for arthritis, and cared for my chihuaua mix who can be wary of strangers, but loved Briant. When I returned home from my short trip, both dogs were happy. I highly recommend Briant to provide outstanding care of dogs.
Briant is an incredibly responsible, attentive, and genuinely loving pet caregiver who truly adores animals. She took amazing care of my dog Hazel while I was out of town—keeping up with her routine, taking her on regular walks, playing with her, and giving her plenty of affection and companionship. Hazel was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for the entire time. I’ve also gone to the dog park with Briant and my dog Rambo, and it’s so natural to see how patient, gentle, and engaged she is with every dog she meets. She goes to the dog park often and truly enjoys spending time with fluffy friends, making sure they feel safe, stimulated, and loved. Briant is dependable, communicative, and goes above and beyond to make both pets and owners feel comfortable. I would absolutely trust her with my pets anytime and highly recommend her to anyone looking for thoughtful, reliable, and top-quality care.
